Sleepcation is a project for Li Chiu Kong Family Sleep Assessment Unit, Department of Psychiatry, the Chinese University of Hong Kong and funded by Jockey Club “COVID-19 Emergency Fund. The app aims at helping user to improve their insomnia”. Users will complete assessments on anxiety, insomnia and depression and receive treatment according to their situation.

Care-COPD is a research-based project for Caritas Institute of Higher Education to develop a mobile app for COPD self-management. COPD is a chronic progressive respiratory disorder. The app encourages patient self-management by providing information of COPD and instructional videos on daily exercises. The app also includes questionnaire for patients’ self assessment and pedometer to track activity level.
